  Description

  • Manage all programs administration needs with internal teams to address clients’ needs.
  • Handle the company’s key accounts and confirm requests with clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure getting all needed info.
  • Ensure the company's CRM / ERP is timely and accurately filled in alliance with the company's process/SLA.
  • Handling phone calls and inquiries for existing and new clients, as well as all client communication when needed (including client requests, complaints, etc.).
  • Supply the technical team with needed info through the supply chain and ensure the program information sheet is sent to concerned departments on time as per SLA.
  • Prepare and issue client contracts/letters of Agreement.
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract/LOA terms.
  • Ensure the availability of all needed documentation for invoicing and sending invoices to clients in alliance with the company's SLA.
  • Ensure all invoices are issued on time and do monthly closure.
  • Acting as point of contact for client inquiries and complaints, address with speed and efficiency or escalate as appropriate.
  • Administer all post-program technical reports or pre-program questionnaires when needed.
  • Manage all post-program client documentation (reports, certificates, evaluations, etc.).
  • Manage collection as per clients’ payment terms / aging sheet.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client relations by studying relevant publications and industry reports.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills & high attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent business writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to write persuasively and articulately.
  • Dynamic with a passion for people development.
  • Excellent interactive communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality control
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM is a plus.
  • Sharp business acumen and customer service is a plus.
  • Corporate experience is a plus.
