  Description

  • Develop and revise organizational policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development and revision of policies.
  • Monitor and analyze policy effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and document organizational procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews of procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Manage the Delegation of Authority framework, ensuring that authority levels are clearly defined and communicated.
  • Monitor and review delegation practices to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Provide training and support to employees on delegation practices and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of the QMS to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Support obtaining QMS-related certifications.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Compliance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in policy development, procedure management, delegation of authority, or quality management roles.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in process documentation and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
