Description
- Develop and revise organizational policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development and revision of policies.
- Monitor and analyze policy effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and document organizational procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews of procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Manage the Delegation of Authority framework, ensuring that authority levels are clearly defined and communicated.
- Monitor and review delegation practices to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide training and support to employees on delegation practices and procedures.
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of the QMS to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Support obtaining QMS-related certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Compliance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in policy development, procedure management, delegation of authority, or quality management roles.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in process documentation and data analysis.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
