  Description

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for re-engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field from a reputable university. 
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, business process re-engineering, or quality control roles.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in process documentation and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
