Design, develop, and manage data architecture to support organizational data needs.
Create and maintain data models, and ownership, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement data integration solutions.
Ensure compliance with data-related regulations and policies, including data privacy and protection laws.
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data compliance and integrity.
Monitor and report on data compliance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
Establish and maintain data quality standards and best practices.
Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in data governance, data architecture, data compliance, or data quality roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
