  Description

  • Develop and execute customer activation and retention campaigns to encourage repeat usage and increase transaction volumes.
  • Utilize customer data to identify trends and define segments for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to create compelling offers and incentives for customer activation.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activation strategies, optimizing campaigns to enhance performance.
  • Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure a seamless customer experience that promotes engagement.
  • Own retention and activation budgets, allocation, and optimization strategies.
  • Lead growth team to achieve portfolio growth targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our activation efforts are innovative and effective.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university. 
  • Proven experience in customer growth, portfolio growth, product development, or a related field within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving growth.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as CRM systems.
