  Description

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the HRIS.
  • Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and confidentiality.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
  • Focusing on workday Payroll and advanced Compensation modules.
  • Provide analytical support and collaborate with the Talent Management team in certain functions.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid Knowledge of Power BI and Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HRIS certification is preferred.
