Description
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the HRIS.
- Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
- Focusing on workday Payroll and advanced Compensation modules.
- Provide analytical support and collaborate with the Talent Management team in certain functions.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid Knowledge of Power BI and Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- HRIS certification is preferred.
