Description
- Conduct Workforce analysis and capacity planning for the Workforce.
- Conduct job evaluation and assessment and determine the right job grade and level.
- Conduct Job analysis interviews, and update the Job descriptions database annually and whenever needed.
- Develop and update the Organization Chart.
- Participate in developing and executing promotional plans in collaboration with key persons.
- Guide management and employee actions by Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
- Update and develop a code of conduct.
- Implement and coordinate annual performance process for the company's employees, monitoring compliance with timetable and ensuring consistency of quality in appraisal documentation.
- Assists in the Implementation of the performance management system by reviewing the application of the system continuously during the year and follow-up the results of the application of the system for the company's departments.
- Recommend OD initiatives based on the business goal, strategy, and market forces.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training and development initiatives. Promote a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience preferably in the real estate industry, organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English.
