  Description

  • Develop and manage a database for assessment center solutions.
  • Design assessment exercises (e.g., role-plays, simulations, case studies, presentations) tailored to evaluate key behaviors and skills.
  • Create and refine business cases, project scenarios, and other evaluation tools to assess candidates' competencies.
  • Customize content to reflect industry-specific challenges and organizational values.
  • Research and integrate emerging tools and techniques to enhance assessment processes.
  • Align with the Assessment Center Manager to meet Assessment Center objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate assessment sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants and assessors.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for participants to introduce the purpose, structure, and expectations of the assessment center.
  • Partner with external vendors or consultants when required to expand the scope or capability of assessment programs.
  • Analyze assessment data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and insights to support decision-making.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent development, assessment centers, or a similar role.
  • Certification in assessment methodologies (e.g., SHL, Hogan, or Korn Ferry) is preferred.
  • Understanding of competency frameworks and behavioral assessment techniques.
  • Excellent Analytical and Strategic Thinking Skills.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling business cases that evaluate candidate’s competencies.
  • Strong writing and conceptualization skills in English & Arabic languages.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Familiarity with assessment software and tools, with the ability to explore new technologies to improve assessment efficiency.
