  Description

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creative.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing high-performing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROI)
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, MCM, GTM, and Social media Pixels.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
