Description
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring that they run efficiently and that team members engage actively.
- Provide guidance and coaching to teams on Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and continuous improvement, fostering a self-organizing, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Actively identify and help resolve impediments that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to succeed.
- Ensure that Agile principles are effectively implemented and adhered to throughout the development lifecycle. Champion the Agile mindset within the team and organization.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-prioritized and that the team has a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Serve as the main point of contact for team progress, updates, and project status to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure transparent communication across all levels of the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving retrospectives and ensuring the team applies feedback to optimize workflows, processes, and outcomes.
- Use Scrum metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to monitor team progress and help identify areas for improvement. Ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Promote a collaborative environment where team members can openly share ideas, challenges, and feedback to improve performance and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent Scrum metrics User.
