Description
- Responsible of the team in charge of the financial planning process of all the company's branches whose objective is the preparation and monitoring of the plan for the optimization of economic resources and technical capacities in order to achieve the growth and profitability goals expected by shareholders.
- Responsible for the generation and reporting of periodic information following the company's best practices that allows monitoring the results, validating their alignment with the strategy, identifying opportunities and possible deviations for timely decision-making for both the business units and the senior management.
- Reporting actuals financial pack to different stakeholders
- Manage expenses controlling and its allocation by line of business
- Participate actively in the projects business cases validation
- Business budget and plan preparation, analysis, and presentation

- Coordination of the team for the preparation of the budget and periodic forecasting exercises of the companies and the different business units aligned with the strategy
- Ensuring the veracity, consistency, timeliness and quality of the information produced for management and shareholders.

- Planning, monitoring and detailed control of spending.
- Generation of complementary information of value to enrich the strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative and economic careers in finance, MBA, or related from a reputable university/college in finance, accounting, and actuarial academics.
- Excellent knowledge of the accounting, technical/risks, and financial operations of an insurance company.
- Proven experience in insurance business areas: technical areas, risks, actuarial is a plus.
- IFRS knowledge is a plus.
- Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience – Minimum 2 years of Experience in a leadership position.
- Excellent knowledge and capabilities of computing tools for the development of mathematical and financial models: Excel, Access, Power Bi, and Business Intelligence tools as in Microsoft Office presentations applications (PowerPoint and Word).
- Good knowledge of ERP Systems and Magnitude the company's consolidation/reporting tool.
- High level of English required both oral and written.
- Ability to create and distinguish different kinds of reports.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
