Manage and administer operating systems across the organization, including Windows, Linux, or other designated platforms.
Ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems.
Monitor system performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize operating system performance.
Implement tuning and optimization measures to enhance system efficiency.
Implement robust security measures for operating systems, including access controls, security patches, and vulnerability assessments.
Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, system crashes, performance degradation, and software compatibility problems.
Provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of operating system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Create and update documentation for system administrators and end-users.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or information technology from a reputable university.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified: Linux Administrator).
Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Leadership and team management experience, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a technical team.
Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
