Description
- Plan, implement, manage, and control all financial-related activities of the company.
- Direct accounting, finance, forecasting, business planning, job costing, legal analysis, negotiations, collections, reporting, and compliance with Egyptian laws.
- Lead, develop, and coach the team to enhance technical competence and leadership potential.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new projects/business units and advise top management on opportunities and challenges.
- Propose investment opportunities and ensure smooth management of operating cash flow.
- Undertake strategic analysis and assist with strategic planning.
- Produce long-term cost and business plans.
- Investigate ways to improve profitability and analyze markets for expansion, mergers, or acquisitions.
- Prepare and interpret financial reports, forecasts, budgets, accounts, and financial statements.
- Oversee the collection process for accounts receivable.
- Control income, cash flow, and expenditure.
- Develop and manage financial systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or any related field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, and financial instruments.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
