UI-UX Designer (322372)

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Mentor and guide junior designers on the team.
Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in industry standards.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related major from a reputable university.
6-10 years of relevant experience preferably in UI/UX design, preferably in the fintech or banking sector.
Proven track record in UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio.
Proven track record with user research methods and usability testing.
Proven track record of working in agile development environments.
Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record in leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives
Excellent command of English
Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus.
Additional qualifications in user experience design or related fields would be advantageous.
