Tech Architecture Engineer (322370)

Design, implement and oversee technology solutions to support the digital banking platforms across multiple markets.
Develop and maintain architectural standards, frameworks and documentation for the shared services hub.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
Lead the evaluation and selection of technology platforms and tools.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the technology team.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the technology architecture to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the bank’s IT systems.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy requirements in all technology solutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Participate in strategic planning to align technology with business goals.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related major from a reputable university.
6-10 years of relevant experience preferably in designing and implementing complex technology solutions in a banking or financial services environment.
Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and API management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record in leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
Excellent command of English
Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus.
Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, or technology leadership are advantageous.
