Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end complex solutions for digital banking platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and secure architecture designs
Develop architecture blueprints and roadmaps, considering cloud, microservices, API, and data architecture principles
Evaluate and select technology platforms and tools to support the digital banking solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and infrastructure teams
Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
Define and enforce architectural and design patterns to achieve consistency and reusability
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related major from a reputable university.
6-10 years of relevant experience preferably in designing and implementing complex solutions in a banking or financial services environment.
Proven track record as a Solution Architect in large-scale projects.
Excellent understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, API management, and data integration.
Proficiency in architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record in leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives
Excellent command of English
Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus.
Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or solution architecture are advantageous.
