Description
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support the digital banking platforms across multiple markets
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize cloud architecture for security, performance, and cost
- Implement and manage cloud services, including compute, storage, databases, and networking
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and templates for cloud resource provisioning and management
- Monitor and ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure and services
- Ensure disaster recovery configurations are in place.
- Implement and manage cloud security and compliance best practices for digital banking platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new cloud technologies and services to improve the digital banking operations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the development team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience preferably in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and identity management
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus.
