Description
- Handling inquiries, complaints, and issues from customers through various channels (CRM, phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Managing orders from PO to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Maintaining and updating customer accounts, addressing any changes or updates needed.
- Staying informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to the customer.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.
- Gathering and reporting customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft, CRM software, etc.)
- High teamwork, organization, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Very good command of English
- Males only.
