  Description

  • Handling inquiries, complaints, and issues from customers through various channels (CRM, phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Managing orders from PO to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts, addressing any changes or updates needed.
  • Staying informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to the customer.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.
  • Gathering and reporting customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft, CRM software, etc.)
  • High teamwork, organization, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Very good command of English
