  Description

  • Manage the payroll team in preparing monthly total earnings reports for all employees and new hires, ensuring compliance with payment plans (Monthly payroll, Monthly sales commission, Bonuses, and Profit share).
  • Oversee the annual salary increase implementation process, aligning it with the compensation function data.
  • Develop and maintain culture operations processes to meet allocated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage the personnel team in handling social insurance, timekeeping, probationary period, and employment contract renewal processes, ensuring alignment with culture Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage the Monthly payroll process on SAP to ensure that it complies with the policies and accurately reflects on payroll elements (Overtime, sales commissions, allowances, deductions, etc.)
  • Manage company's employees’ payout calculations.
  • Coordinate with the compensation function in preparing the HR budget, aligning it with culture and people management.
  • Conduct monthly payroll tax and social insurance calculations and payments for the employees, ensuring alignment with governmental regulations.
  • Manage the monthly payroll transactions by overseeing the online banking system, ensuring accurate transfer of funds to employees' bank accounts.
  • Oversee the posting of HR payouts-related financial General Ledger (GL) through SAP, aligning with finance data.
  • Manage the medical/life insurance operations, ensuring they are fulfilled according to allocated SLAs.
     
  • Lead the HR operations team, including setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and setting deadlines.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Maintain HR dashboards (new hiring, resignation, turnover) and analyze monthly employee payouts and sales commissions.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a relevant major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience preferably in real estate.
  • Proficient SAP User.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven track of leadership skills.
