  Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the modern trade channel.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
  • Implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure effective product placement and visibility in stores.
  • Implement merchandising plans and execute promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify product performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales tools and materials.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related major from a reputable university.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
