Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the modern trade channel.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
- Implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility in stores.
- Implement merchandising plans and execute promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify product performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales tools and materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related major from a reputable university.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
