Description
- Lead the Implementation of business friendly centralized IAM controls framework that consistently enforces identity and access policy across HR processes and IT infrastructure, and application access into a common, service-oriented architecture to be integrated with existing and new applications for the delivery of secure access control.
- Develop identity management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
- Understand complex business and information technology management processes.
- Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offering or industry projects.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and share your knowledge while leveraging prevalent methodologies.
- Ability to manage several projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Desire to work in a constantly changing environment as part of a team of IT Security Advisors.
- Identify potential opportunities and opening new markets.
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field /M.S. degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in identity management industry.
- Experience in leading IAM products (Oracle, Sailpoint, Aveksa, Ping as an example).
- Deep understanding of various IAM technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID);
- Experience with Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace, and replication topology experience.
- Experience with Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification.
- Understand information security principles and best practice (e.g., ISO27001 and ISF Standards of Good Practice for Information Security.
- Qualifications such as CISSP, CCNA and CCNP.
- Certifications from leading vendors.
- An awareness of Security architecture is a preference.
- Consulting or Professional Services background gained with a technology vendor, systems integrator, or consultancy service provider;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work individually and drive the team in meeting the engagement objectives.
- Ability to manage many competing tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage problems and conflicts efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to manage large accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
- Demonstrates creative thinking and initiative.
- Experienced at transverse, cross functional management.
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to details.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office suite solutions.
