Oversees all processes related to the tracking, controlling, and disposal of fixed assets, and ensures capitalization procedures are followed with respect to procurement, budget, and accounting principles.
Establishes and maintenance of records and procedures necessary for the accountability of property and equipment inventory
Provides assistance to Auditors during any Fixed Asset audits.
Develops and recommends policies and procedures regarding fixed asset management, and ensures proper documentation for each step in the process.
Supervise staff and daily operations of inventory control.
Coordinates and liaises with departments and client offices to obtain full cooperation on asset management, receiving and stock management, physical inventories and data reconciliations.
Ensure the structure, systems and procedures within the Division operate effectively and where necessary recommend and implement improvements and modifications.

Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role
Ability to think critically and analytically to proactively solve problems
Strong independent decision-making ability
Knowledge of technical accounting practices
Knowledge of customer service principles and ability to understand complex scenarios
very good English and communication skills
