Description
- Cultivate a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating effective communication.
- Mediate conflicts and promote employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Actively work on Diversity & Inclusion targets.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support continuous learning and skill development initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends in benefits and compensation.
- Lead the salary reviews and other monetary and non-monetary elements, communication with key stakeholders, and process new pay letters
- Establish and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance and support for employee goal setting and career development.
- Contribute to the development of OD initiatives to leverage organizational goals.
- Assist in talent management initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 10 years of Proven HR Business Partner experience with 360-degree operations in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in conflict resolutions
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
