  Description

  • Take ownership of key high value customers and collaborate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue reports to the management.
  • Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily operations
  • Provide training to the employees to solve any technical or troubleshooting problems that occur with the operating equipment in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all operations are carried in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels to ensure positive experience with the company.
  • Dealing with developers inside and outside Egypt in reporting any errors or any new recommendations.
  • Ensure a regular maintenance to reduce downtime and line shutdown or any production delays.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop teams and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
