Description
- Analyze credit worthiness of clients based on assessment of quantitative, and qualitative factors to identify credit worthiness and risks.
- Analyzing and identifying potential risks that are affecting the Company.
- Assisting in preparing regular risk report on existing lease portfolio to be submitted to Senior management and Risk Committee.
- Effective communication with the management with regards to identification of financial and non-financial risks.
- Identify, quantify, manage and report risks in accordance with the Company’s Compliance / governance framework and different policies.
- Independently review, assess, write credit opinion, and provide recommendations for key transaction risks, covering, inter alia, sponsor reputation in proposed leasing transactions.
- Drafts risk assessment reports for both new and existing transactions. Assign and evaluate risk ratings.
- Provide advice and recommendations to marketing teams on appropriate risk mitigation measures, deal structuring, and risk adjusted pricing, security and other commercial terms and financial covenants throughout the risk appraisal process.
- Review any new major contracts or internal business proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related major from a reputable university.
- 5-8 years of relevant Credit Risk experience in leasing industry.
- Proven experience in conducting full risk Memo.
- Excellent command in English.
- Excellent communication skills
