  Description

  • Develop, enhance and maintain Reward policies and procedures by ensuring they are re-visited periodically and updated.
  •  Initiate and develop reward strategies ensuring they are aligned with the company priorities and HR objectives.
  •  Monitor and ensure the efficient implementation of reward policies to include but not limited to commission pay, overtime and allowances.
  • Main back up for payroll implementation & provide the monthly consolidated data to payroll. Ensure payroll reports are accurately implemented.
  •  Manage and ensure relevant benchmarking through participating in salary surveys and develop analysis to ensure the company position to market is reported accurately.
  • Suggest remuneration schemes which maintain a competitive position within the market ensuring that the company retain and attract top talents.
  •  Plan and lead the annual increases.
  •  Ensure timely delivery of monthly reports to include adjustments, promotions and transfers.
  • Ensure internal and external equity for new hires proposals packages.
  •  Ensure accurate implementation of salary increases, adjustments and promotion cycles.
  •  Lead all related bonuses budget accruals and the annual compensation budget.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant major from a reputable university 
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferable with banking background.
  • Payroll background is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
