  Description

  • Research compensation and benefits policies and plans.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors, such as benefits vendors to receive company offers and create a yearly benefits and rewards booklet.
  • Prepare and update salary scales.
  • Responsible for the medical insurance scheme (Contract Renewal-Additions – Deletions ).
  • Coordinated with Training providers and educational institutes for training and development offers and discounts.
  • Revising business lines invoices and send to Finance the monthly deductions for over limits.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or related majors from reputable university
  • Minimum 2-6 years of relevant experience preferably in Real Estate or Retail industry
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Excellent  communications skills
