Description
- Analyze sales performance, coverage, and segmentation and distributed KPI reports to illustrate findings.
- Coordinate sales meetings to discuss targets, marketing campaigns, and strategy improvements for deficient areas.
- Collaborate with marketing team to maximize pricing, sponsorships and promotions.
- Recruit, hire, and develop associates, utilizing company human resources guidelines and support resources.
- Lead field forecasting efforts among the team managed, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis.
- Establishes productive relationship with field marketing based on frequent communication, collaboration, and the effective allocation of marketing investment in the marketplace managed.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably in Agricultural sector.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills
