Senior DevOps Engineer (282196)

Provide guidance and expertise on system options, risk, impact and costs vs. benefits
Responsible for multitasking and dealing with multiple urgent situations at a time.
Participate in the processes of strategic project-planning meetings.
Create and share operational requirements and development forecasts to allow for timely and accurate planning of projects.
Develop scripts to automate infrastructure/virtual network.
Install and configure solutions, implement reusable components.
Configure firewall for infrastructure (VM’s).
Deploy Bash/Python scripts for VM’s.
Promote infrastructure best practices, such as security, release management and monitoring.
Design infrastructure that is resilient, secure, and highly available.
Recommend performance enhancements by performing gap analysis, identifying alternative solutions, and assisting with modifications.
Design and implement processes and tools to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), maximizing the speed and quality of delivery across team.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.

Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or Engineering is must.
Minimum 6 years' experience in development related role 3 of which as DevOps Engineer.
Strong skills in networking/security on public cloud platforms.
AWS platforms required (Azure or Google is a plus).
CCNA (certificate is a plus).
Strong foundation in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and related tools (e.g., Terraform) is must.
Elasticsearch required (Kibana, Logstash, Grafana or Prometheus is a plus).
Bash Scripting or Python is a plus.
Experience working with container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Fluency in English is a must.
