Description
- Ensure operational monitoring and offshore team coordination
- Facilitate the smooth running of operational processes and supports necessary for processing business demand request
- Favor the treatment of incidents and production problems
- Guarantee compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the business users
- Elaborate the platform performance reporting and ensure the animation of the committees
- Manage and anticipate crisis situations
- Analyze issues and criticalities within operational teams
- Manage RUN technical projects (scalability, problem solving, changes, etc.)
- Manage the action plans implemented with business demand and external service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field .
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with PHP and database systems (MySQL and/or PostgresQL)
- Demonstrated proficiency working with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
- Fluency in English is a must
