Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished products according to approved specifications and inspection plans. Monitor critical quality characteristics and ensure inspection results are properly recorded. Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming products and follow up disposition decisions. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, defect records, and quality data. Coordinate with Production and the Laboratory to investigate defects and prevent recurrence. Verify compliance with approved product specifications, samples, and acceptance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from a reputable university. 1–3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably ceramics or porcelain. Inspection, measurement, defect identification, and data recording. Ability to read and apply product specifications and acceptance criteria. Good reporting and problem-solving skills. Good communication with production teams. Leadership, Decision-Making, and Ability to Work Under Pressure. Excellent command of English. Proficiency in using AI tools. Strong attention to detail Ability to optimize processes and apply Lean Manufacturing principles. Good theoretical knowledge of quality tools and statistical methods.
