Maintain and update quality procedures, work instructions, forms, and records. Analyze manufacturing processes to identify quality risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Support root cause analysis and follow up corrective and preventive actions. Conduct internal process audits and follow up audit findings and action plans. Monitor quality KPIs, nonconformities, customer complaints, and improvement actions. Coordinate with Production, QC, Laboratory, Maintenance, and other departments to improve process performance. Prepare and following the monthly and weekly inspection plan. Support employee awareness and implementation of quality requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from a reputable university. 1–3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably ceramics or porcelain. Process analysis and problem-solving. Good report writing and documentation skills. Knowledge of root cause analysis, CAPA, internal audits, and quality tools. Good communication and coordination skills. Leadership, Decision-Making, and Ability to Work Under Pressure. Excellent command of English. Proficiency in using AI tools. Strong attention to detail Ability to optimize processes and apply Lean Manufacturing principles. Good theoretical knowledge of quality tools and statistical methods.
