Consultant & Stakeholder Management: Direct multidisciplinary teams of architects, urban designers, engineers, environmental consultants, and landscape architects from concept through to detailed design and delivery. Financial & Commercial Optimization: Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to balance design excellence with high land-value capture, ROI, and cost efficiency. Regulatory Compliance: Navigate Egyptian statutory requirements, urban planning regulations, and approvals with local government authorities. Sustainability & Innovation: Integrate smart-city technologies, green building practices, and sustainable infrastructure solutions tailored to the Egyptian climate and market. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and projects teams to ensure the master plan translates seamlessly into marketable phases and construction packages. Requirements Bachelor`s degree in architectural engineering from a reputable university. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the same industry. Previous consultant experience is a must.
