Review reports, observations, operational risk events, policies, and procedures to identify relevant risks. Participate in preparing Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) models, including risk and control elements. Support the preparation and coordination of RCSA workshops with relevant business units to identify and assess risks and controls and discuss corrective action plans. Participate in preparing the Risk Register based on the outcomes of RCSA workshops. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university. 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
