Establish and manage a robust network of international distributors, agents, and procurement houses specializing in hotel and restaurant supplies. Conduct market research to understand regional preferences, competitor pricing, and design trends (e.g., European vs. Gulf hospitality aesthetic requirements). Directly manage the sales pipeline from initial international inquiry to final delivery, ensuring smooth contract negotiation on pricing, payment terms (L/Cs, CAD), and delivery terms (Incoterms). Participate in and represent the company at prestigious global HORECA exhibitions to generate high-quality international leads. Manage key accounts with international hotel chains and corporate catering buyers, positioning our local manufacturing capacity as a highly competitive alternative to European imports. Collaborate closely with the internal Supply Chain and Logistics teams to coordinate international shipping, customs documentation, and certificates of origin. Leverage Egypt's trade agreements to offer duty-free or tax-reduced advantages to global buyers. Ensure all products meet target country standards, product certifications, and packaging requirements for international transit. Formulate annual export sales budgets, volume forecasts, and country-by-country growth plans. Collaborate with the Production and R&D teams to align manufacturing schedules with high-volume export orders and unique international design customization requests. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university. Professional certifications in export management or supply chain are a strong asset. 10–12+ years of proven experience in export sales, specifically focused on the HORECA/Hospitality sector. Proven experience in international markets, preferably Europe and GCC. Deep expertise in Incoterms, export documentation, letters of credit (L/C), and international logistics. Strong negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with global hotel procurement cycles and international bidding processes (RFPs).
