Description
  • Managing complex corporate bookings directly via the Amadeus terminal (utilizing cryptic commands or Amadeus Selling Platform Connect).
  • Handling automated and manual fare construction, PNR creation, split PNRs, waitlist clearances, and immediate e-ticketing issuance.
  • Managing the heavy lifting of corporate travel—voluntary and involuntary rerouting, calculating fare differences, taxes, penalties, and executing complex ticket reissues under tight corporate deadlines.
  • Reading and applying the specific travel policies of company's corporate accounts (e.g., ensuring selected flights match the client’s approved budget tiers, airline preferences, and routing restrictions).
  • Processing high-volume booking requests from corporate travel coordinators with zero room for error in passenger names, dates, or fare codes to avoid costly ADMs (Agency Debit Memos).
  • Monitoring Amadeus queues constantly for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or segment updates, and proactively fixing the itineraries before they impact the corporate traveler.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
  • 1-2 Years' relevant experience as ticketing agent or travel counsellor
  • proficient in working with Amadeus system.
  • Excellent command of English.
