Apply for this job Basic information Job role Travel Management Career level Mid Career (2-6 years) Description Managing complex corporate bookings directly via the Amadeus terminal (utilizing cryptic commands or Amadeus Selling Platform Connect). Handling automated and manual fare construction, PNR creation, split PNRs, waitlist clearances, and immediate e-ticketing issuance. Managing the heavy lifting of corporate travel—voluntary and involuntary rerouting, calculating fare differences, taxes, penalties, and executing complex ticket reissues under tight corporate deadlines. Reading and applying the specific travel policies of company's corporate accounts (e.g., ensuring selected flights match the client’s approved budget tiers, airline preferences, and routing restrictions). Processing high-volume booking requests from corporate travel coordinators with zero room for error in passenger names, dates, or fare codes to avoid costly ADMs (Agency Debit Memos). Monitoring Amadeus queues constantly for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or segment updates, and proactively fixing the itineraries before they impact the corporate traveler. Requirements Bachelor Degree from a reputable university. 1-2 Years' relevant experience as ticketing agent or travel counsellor proficient in working with Amadeus system.
