Product Owner (EWA) - Global Accounts

- Own the end-to-end EWA product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company's Global Account offering.
- Make the build-vs-integrate-vs-hybrid call based on speed-to-market, unit economics, risk appetite, and Sharia-compliance fit.
- Define, prioritize, and deliver features across eligibility, advance flows, repayment mechanics, and user-facing UX.
- Lead partner and vendor evaluations and integrations where partner-led delivery is the right call.
- Own internal build scope and roadmap where in-house delivery is the right call.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and growth teams to balance access, risk, and sustainability.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, default rates, repayment behavior, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure product compliance with Sharia and global wage-access and lending-adjacent regulations.
- Evangelize EWA product strategy internally and externally to align stakeholders and drive adoption.
- Track record of leading and launching global consumer financial products in underserved markets.
- Proven experience owning EWA, lending, credit, BNPL, or other consumer credit-adjacent products end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to make and defend build-vs-buy decisions based on first-principles economics and execution speed.
- Deep understanding of risk, eligibility logic, repayment mechanics, and consumer credit unit economics.
- Strong product leadership and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compliant, scalable, and secure financial products.
- Ability to shape product strategy and roadmap, balancing business, technical, and regulatory constraints.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Startup mindset: bias for action, adaptability, and shipping fast in uncertain environments.
