Description

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Supervise and guide a team of Merchandisers through structured field visits and daily follow‑ups.
  • Ensure full compliance with company merchandising standards and execution guidelines.
  • Drive team performance by ensuring achievement of KPIs (visibility, availability, distribution, and display quality).

In‑Store Execution of Trade & Sales Initiatives

  • Ensure all Trade Marketing and Sales activities are properly and timely executed at customer outlets.
  • Oversee in‑store implementation of promotions, POSM placement, and brand activation campaigns.

Reporting, Insights & Field Analysis

  • Review and validate daily merchandiser reports and ensure accuracy of field data.
  • Analyze in‑store performance, identify gaps, highlight out‑of‑stock situations, and provide actionable insights to the Sales team.
  • Recommend corrective actions to improve execution quality and address identified issues.

Perfect Store Implementation

  • Guarantee consistent execution of Perfect Store standards across all assigned outlets.
  • Monitor planogram compliance, product availability, pricing accuracy, visibility, and overall store presentation.
  • Conduct regular store audits to uphold brand excellence.

Market & Competitive Monitoring

  • Track competitor promotions, share of shelf, POS visibility, and overall market activity.
  • Analyze competitive trends and provide insights to support business decisions.

Coverage Planning & Route Optimization

  • Review and optimize route plans to ensure effective market coverage.
  • Continuously evaluate market data to keep coverage updated and aligned with business priorities.
  • Allocate resources efficiently based on outlet potential and performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Merchandising, Sales, or Trade Marketing supervision.
  • Strong leadership and field management skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
