- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring plans, and ensure timely closures.
- Execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with internal policies, CBE guidelines, and local labor laws.
- Coordinate and support interview processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates).
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
- Maintain and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors for assigned roles.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university.
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder coordination.
- Working knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and basic CBE recruitment compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
