Description
  • Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the bank’s business goals and growth plans.
  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee programs compliant with CBE regulations and Egyptian labor law.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, including the hiring of leadership and operational teams.
  • Lead performance management, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market standards and internal policies.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, scalable, and secure.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for the executive
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of CBE HR regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational development skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and drive HR initiatives from the ground up.
