Develop clear, compelling, and user-focused copy for digital banking products, aligned with the bank’s brand tone of voice and communication standards.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, marketers, and compliance teams to conceptualize and deliver effective content and campaigns.
Write and adapt content across multiple digital channels, including mobile apps, websites, emails, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, videos, and marketing assets.
Deliver high-quality content in both Arabic and English, ensuring cultural relevance, accuracy, and localization for the Egyptian market.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy of messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Manage multiple content streams and ensure timely delivery across projects and products.
Review, edit, and refine all copy before submission to internal stakeholders and approvals.
Independently lead content workstreams or contribute effectively within cross-functional teams.
Confidently present content concepts, messaging rationale, and storytelling approaches to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Arabic, or a related field from a reputable university.
3–5 years of professional experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or Content Strategist, ideally within digital products, fintech, banking, or regulated industries.
Excellent command of Arabic and English, with strong writing, editing, and localization skills.
Proven experience writing for digital channels: mobile apps, websites, emails, notifications, marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
Strong understanding of user-centric writing, UX copy principles, and customer journeys.
Ability to balance creativity with clarity, accuracy, and regulatory sensitivity.
Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
