Lead end-to-end recruitment for all functions and departments across the bank. Design and implement recruitment policies, procedures, and workflows compliant with CBE regulations and local labor laws. Establish a robust talent pipeline, leveraging market mapping, employer branding, and proactive sourcing strategies. Partner with departments' heads and external agencies to ensure timely and effective hiring. Oversee onboarding processes and initial integration of new hires into the bank’s culture and operations. Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other external partners. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and strategic hiring initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university. Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment in banking, fintech, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of CBE recruitment regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition strategy, agency management, and employer branding. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and build recruitment capabilities from the ground up.
