Conduct research on replacement parts and review parts requests to ensure compatibility with existing equipment and systems.
Coordinate and monitor repair requests; prepare quotations and process purchase requests for spare parts required for corrective and preventive maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance activities according to scheduled plans.
Provide on-site technical support and service to customers.
Prepare and complete all required documentation for new machine installations.
Prepare validation documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and calibration certificates for tools and equipment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records within the automated maintenance management system.
Coordinate internally to ensure timely spare parts procurement and service completion.
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a preference for Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance and routine repair tasks.
