Description
  • Develop products with technical background in coordination with the concerned business lines in terms of initiating, preparing, planning, executing, delivery, post launching and closure of a new project.
  • Develop new technicalities on the bank’s system, in coordination with the Business Analysis and Integration and IT Departments, related to developing a new digital channel product or enhancing an existing one.
  • Introduce new digital channel products and services to improve business and maintain the bank's competitive edge.
  • Act as a sole communicator for any digital channel vendor agreement; including obstacles in testing as a front-end / back-end user, integrations required based on testing results, analyzing results from a commercial perspective and communicating it with vendor.
  • Prepare User Interface and Customer Experience test scripts.
  • Responsible of identifying priorities for testing results after evaluation of the business environment for Go-live.
  • Submit app store related materials and coordinate with IT and vendor for store testing, publishing and customer update.
  • Managing digital channels portals /Backed specific features and push in-app notification for digital channels applications.
  • Ensure proper documentations for the whole project and monitor projects’ post implementation to ensure performance of developed channels and deliverables objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate with digital operations back office and different back-office teams to ensure operational objectives will be achieved and service quality maintained.
  • Review applications on stores such as (Rating, Crashes & Reviews) & follow up on corrective action needed.
  • Initiate the prepared users' stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
  • Initiate related service’s/ product’s customer agreements in co-ordination with OM and legal to include related Terms and conditions.
  • Prepare the initial gap analysis to be shared with internal and external stakeholders after validation with head of unit.
  • Submit validated requirements for new product committee and review related checklist.
  • Monitor the services’ NPS and Develop communication plans & activation campaigns in coordination with the marketing & retail team to promote the bank’s online and e-payment services.
  • Responsible for setting and initiating business requirements in order to develop a new project/system or enhance an existing one.
  • Responsible for preparing the managed projects’ charter and plan and submitting them to the Project Management office.
  • Ensure the project’s deliverables and objectives are set clear and well comprehended through organizing business meetings with the concerned business lines and external parties.
  • Communicate regular project’s update to the Steering Committee and Project Management Office in coordination with the Head of Digital Channels.
  • Responsible for preparing the training materials to the concerned business line for a specific new product launched in order to ensure full customer awareness and satisfaction.
  • Monitor projects’ post implementation to ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Provide statistical data and prepare dashboard summarizing the product activities and performance measures for the purpose of tracking the channel/service performance and activation.
  • Ensure protection of data and staff awareness of related rules.
  • Adopt the bank’s policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank’s business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as International Standards.
  • Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking field.
  • Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High analytic and observational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the products development stages and life cycle.
  • Ability to handle projects and cross-functional relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of the bank’s products and services.
  • Basic understanding of system design concepts, understanding of testing principles and processes.
  • Problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written/spoken).
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Analytical, Innovative, Self-motivated, Creative, and Proactive.
