Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP or IFRS. Internal Controls & Compliance: Establish and enforce policies to manage financial risk, ensure accuracy, and meet regulatory requirements. Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate the budget process, track variances, and provide financial forecasting for strategic planning. Audit Management: Act as the primary liaison for external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and manage the accounting and finance team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA is highly preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with prior management or supervisory experience. Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial software (e.g., ERP systems), and advanced Excel. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills.
