Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Payments products, aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives and revenue goals.
Own the payments product portfolio, including P&L accountability, pricing strategy, and market share growth.
Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and enhanced customer experience.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, operations, IT, and vendor partners to design, launch, and enhance payment products while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Drive strategic initiatives to optimize product performance, increase adoption, and implement scalable, technology-driven solutions.
Monitor product KPIs, revenue, adoption metrics, and operational efficiency; provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Act as the senior bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet strategic objectives without deep involvement in day-to-day technical execution.
Influence stakeholders on payments product decisions, balancing regulatory requirements, market trends, and business priorities.
Lead initiatives to innovate digital payment solutions, improve customer engagement, and expand merchant and consumer adoption.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
10–12 years of experience in product management within banking or fintech, with strong exposure to digital payments, wallets, merchant solutions, or payment infrastructure.
Proven expertise in strategic product planning, portfolio management, and leading cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of Egyptian banking regulations, payment systems, and digital payment platforms.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience in driving revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and P&L accountability.
Desirable certifications: Certified Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Manager, or equivalent in payments or banking.
