Description
  • Support execution of the retail liabilities strategy, translating growth targets into actionable plans across CASA, payroll, and term deposits.
  • Manage day-to-day portfolio performance, tracking deposit growth, account acquisition, activation rates, portfolio mix, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of digital onboarding journeys, including KYC, verification, account activation, and first-use experience.
  • Monitor and improve onboarding conversion rates, drop-offs, and activation funnels, ensuring seamless and customer-centric journeys.
  • Support deposit pricing execution, including campaign rollouts, rate changes, and coordination with Treasury and ALM teams.
  • Leverage customer analytics and segmentation to drive acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and deposit stickiness initiatives.
  • Work closely with partnerships teams to support payroll acquisition and ecosystem integrations, including employer onboarding and fintech collaborations.
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with CBE regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and consumer protection guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Risk and Fraud teams to ensure robust controls across onboarding and account usage.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Operations to ensure system stability, SLA adherence, and efficient servicing processes.
  • Monitor customer complaints, service issues, and operational bottlenecks, driving resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, onboarding partners, and third-party service providers.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and reports for senior management, highlighting portfolio trends, growth metrics, and key issues.
  • Support regulatory reporting, audits, and internal reviews related to retail liabilities products
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in retail banking, with strong exposure to liabilities products (CASA, deposits, accounts).
  • Hands-on experience in managing retail deposit portfolios and digital onboarding journeys.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian retail banking market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Familiarity with Central Bank of Egypt regulations related to deposits, KYC, and consumer protection.
  • Experience working with digital banking platforms, onboarding systems, and customer lifecycle tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Experience collaborating with Treasury/ALM, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams.
  • Strong execution and delivery focus in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
