Plan and oversee all aspects of event and activation production, including timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Logistics and Operations:
Coordinate venue selection, setup, transportation, equipment, and vendor relationships to guarantee smooth operations.
On-site Execution:
Supervise events during execution, ensuring flawless operations and exceptional consumer experience and alignment with brand objectives
Brand and Strategy:
Develop and implement creative strategies to boost brand visibility, drive product trials, and connect with target audiences through immersive experiences, including in-store promotions and visual merchandising.
Reporting and Analysis:
Collect event data, prepare post-event reports, and track expenses to evaluate performance and ROI.
Client and Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure collaboration and long-term success.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
3–5 years of experience in event management, brand activations, or marketing within FMCG or a similar industry. Experience in food category is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
