- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities within your assigned accounts to upsell and cross-sell our services.
- Deeply understand client business goals to recommend our tailored services that drive their success.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive account planning.
- Address client concerns or service issues with speed and professionalism to maintain trust.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Specific Skills / Tools (e.g., Excel, CRM, Languages).
- English & Arabic Fluency.
- Excellent Power point & Excel skills, financial acumen and comfort working with numbers.
- Business Development & Account Management experience in a consultancy firm.
