Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company’s products/solutions to existing and potential clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with the engineering and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of engineering Mechanical/electrical DEP from a reputable university.
- 4 - 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in technical knowledge, sales and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationship with the client, has knowledge in selling to contractors and projects is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
